CA. Subhash H. Agarwal was enrolled as a member of ICAI in 1984 and ICSI in 1987 and has an experience of around 24 years in almost every fact of the accounting profession. He is one of the founder partners of Churuwala & Associates. He has expertise in statutory audits under the Companies Act, 1956, Income Tax Act, 1961, Maharashtra Value Added Tax Act, 2002, The Bombay Public Trust Act, 1950, The Societies Registration Act, 1860 and other allied laws. He has experience of handling statutory branch audits of nationalized banks and statutory audit of Co-operative banks. Further he has expertise in handling internal audit of companies, Banks and financial institutions. He is also having expertise in handling direct and indirect taxes including therein Income Tax, Service Tax, Maharashtra Value Added Tax, Central Sales Tax and Profession Tax matters. He is also specialized in all types of company law matters. He has participated in various seminars and conferences organized by the ICAI and other related professional institutions.

He has handled statutory branch audit of Syndicate Bank, Bank of Maharashtra and The City Co-operative Bank Ltd and concurrent audits of Dena Bank and Indian Bank. He has also handled various types of bank finance matters and CMA data preparation for various clients of our firm.

He has been Founder member of Andheri Oshiwara CPE Study Circle of WIRC of ICAI which was awarded as “Highly Commendable Study Circle” by WIRC. He has served as co-opted member of Hostel Committee and Study Circle Committee of WIRC of ICAI for 3 years.
