CA. Mahesh Kumar Birla was enrolled as a member of the ICAI in 1998 and has an experience of around 10 years in almost every fact of the accounting profession. He has expertise in statutory audits under the Companies Act, 1956, Income Tax Act, 1961, and other allied laws. He has experience of handling statutory branch audits of nationalized banks and statutory audit of Co-operative banks. Further he has expertise in handling internal audit of companies, Banks and financial institutions. He is also having expertise in handling direct and indirect taxes including therein Income Tax, Service Tax, Maharashtra Value Added Tax and Profession Tax.
