CA. Lalit C. Agarwal was enrolled as a member of the ICAI in 2002 and has an experience of around 7 years in almost every field of the accounting profession. He has expertise in statutory audits under the Companies Act, 1956, Income Tax Act, 1961, and other allied laws. He has experience of handling statutory branch audits of nationalized banks and statutory audit of Co-operative banks and statutory audit of Insurance Companies. Further he has expertise in handling internal audit of companies, Banks and financial institutions. He is also having expertise in handling direct and indirect taxes including therein Income Tax, Service Tax, Maharashtra Value Added Tax and Profession Tax.
